A Founder’s Journey
Aetheria was founded by Ma Jinky Hechanova, RN, whose professional mission was shaped by lived experience. After navigating years of chronic pain and autoimmune-related symptoms, MaJinky sought a more comprehensive approach to wellness—one that complemented conventional care while addressing the whole person.
Through personalized, integrative therapies and lifestyle support, she experienced meaningful improvement in her quality of life. This journey deepened her commitment to creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to participate actively in their own wellness.
Her guiding belief is simple: Healing begins with listening, education, and compassionate care.

Dr. Jonathan HODOR, DO
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Jonathan Hodor is a distinguished medical professional with a robust background spanning over 17 years in OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, complemented by 4+ years of expertise in Aesthetics and Regenerative/Integrative Health Services. As the Medical Director of RNR Aesthetics & Potomac Performance in Bethesda, MD, Dr. Hodor oversaw all modalities and services related to Aesthetics, Health, and Regenerative Therapies. Now he runs RNR Regenerative Therapeutics which is a highly focused entity involved with PEPTIDES / WEIGHT LOSS and HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY.
Dr. Hodor is actively involved in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Weight Loss Therapies, and Integrative Wellness Therapies in particular, peptide therapies all of which showcase his commitment to comprehensive patient wellness.
Previously, Dr. Hodor served as the Assistant Medical Director of Maryland Perinatal Associates, further demonstrating his leadership and expertise in medical management roles. With a passion for enhancing patient health and intentional aging, Dr. Hodor continues to be a driving force in the medical community, delivering exceptional care and innovative treatments to his patients.

Aetheria Wellness Medical Clinic operates with medical oversight provided by Dr. Jonathan G. Hodor, a board-certified physician with extensive experience in women’s health, integrative wellness, and medical aesthetics.
Dr. Hodor’s background includes:

Ma Jinky Hechanova Mallory, BSN, RN is an accomplished and highly respected clinical nurse specializing in neurofunctional pain management, integrative therapy, aesthetic medicine, and palliative care. She brings advanced, results-driven expertise in caring for medically complex and geriatric patients, with a strong record of improving comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life across medical, wellness, and hospice settings.
She holds multiple advanced certifications, including Certified Neurofunctional Pain Management Nurse, Certified Palliative Care Provider, and formal training and certification through the American Academy of Integrative Therapy. Ma Jinky is also a certified Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler provider with over four years of hands-on clinical experience delivering safe, precise, and natural-looking aesthetic outcomes.
As a clinical leader at Aetheria Aesthetics & Wellness / Medical Clinic, Ma Jinky plays a key role in developing and implementing innovative medical, wellness, and aesthetic programs. She is recognized for her excellence in infusion therapy support, medication coaching, and integrative pain management strategies that bridge evidence-based medicine with holistic care.
Her professional accomplishments reflect a deep commitment to clinical excellence, patient education, ethical practice, and continuous professional advancement in both medical and aesthetic care.
